There are stalking laws in most every state. Tell him to leave you alone or you are calling the cops. And then follow up on your threat if he doesn't comply.

Getting rid of someone you dont want in your life can be a challenge. The best thing to do is tell him you have someone else and that you have moved on (regardless of whether it is true or not). If that doesn't work, and you cannot convince him to leave you alone than you have a serious problem and may wish to get the police involved. It sounds like he just thinks he can have his way with you as you have taken back in the past for his transgressions and doesn't respect your wishes more than he is psychotic so you will just have to continue to be forceful with him and rebuff his advances. If you maintain the attitude that he isnt getting back with you then eventually he will move on to other things. If he doesnt then see above for the police option.

Tell him to get the hell on. He's not faithful and even if he has changed, it's too late for you and him. Tell him that's not how love works and you are a better person w/o him. Maybe you two just aren't compatible and you're looking for something different... maybe someone who doesn't cheat on you... :-)
Cut if off!!!
Ced said it right- break the cycle. If you keep letting something happen the other is going to think they can get over on you all the time--- they have so far...

Stick to your ground. If he cheated on you then there should be no question on taking him back. Depending on how bad he hurt you, you might want to just hurt him back. Not the best way but it does get people to leave you alone. When he tells you he loves you tell him he is heartless and that you love someone else. Be around the someone else (if there is one) as much as possible when you are near your ex. If he keeps up you might just want to tell him that there is no room in your heart for him, even as a friend. That might work.

Maybe you need to have a friend of yours explain it to him. Sometimes when someone else explains something it is understood better. I would give a friend a call and see if she will help you out. Tell her to be nice but firm Don't take no for an answer. Then if he keeps bothering you Call the Police. Good luck.

if you already told him to leave you alone than i don't see any other choice but to put a restraining order on him because things can get more and more dangerous so to be on the safe side put the restraining order and live you're life. don't let someone like him come in the way of you're life and you're happiness.

Stay away from him, don't answer his calls. He was a jerk and a loser for cheating on you. It is his loss. Let him know that by not being around him.

DO NOT talk to him. ignore all phone calls, emails, etc. he should catch the hint. you sound like you may be sending out mixed signals. end all communication and you shouldn't have that problem.
