No sweat! If he wasn't issued a ticket than he doesn't even need to go to court.
** It isnt a matter of cost that he dosnt have a DL. He cant get a lisence with out proper paperwork! ***
(You must be new to the plight of 'illegals")

My husband and I have gone to traffic court 5 times since we have been together. They fine him, usually no more than around $100.00 and we go home. He is illegal too. He has also been pulled over about as many times and they let him go because they don't want to deal with it.
"illegals" are woven into the fabric of our country and our government knows this which is why even G.W. Bush wants to pass a guest worker program.

It does not end them from utilising, they proceed to realize this, or get themselves a pretend license to apply for identity applications. there is been extra then adequate memories interior the information approximately them killing people on an analogous time as they're utilising decrease than the impression of alcohol or regardless of. i think the way you placed it, it relatively is clever to a factor, there's no "incentive" for them to no longer force-when you consider that they're right here criminally/illegally besides, so what's the adaptation in the event that they force illegally besides? even with the undeniable fact that, once you're insinuating giving them a license, i do no longer consider that. that's almost like priceless them for his or her criminal movements. And, i in my view do no longer think of that could supply them an incentive to purchase coverage the two. Plus, whether you probably did furnish them the privledge of having a license, i think of that they had be too scared to pass in and get the genuine license, for worry of being deported, which they could desire to be..... yet that's an entire different subject rely :)

I'm confused an officer stopped him..but did not issue a ticket?? He had no license? If the officer let him go...it is because our jails r so crowded w/ immigrants.
You should say a prayer to Our Lady of Guadelupe or Santos Cristos because that officer gave you a big break!! Don't drive w/o a license is what he was saying I guess...

If he didn't get a ticket how are they even goiing to know about him? If he got a ticket for Driving Without a License, which is unclear in your statement, where is the probable cause for the stop?

If INS finds out about him he can be deported!

I have no problem with immigrants but an illegal immigrant hit my car in D.C - he had no insurance, no driver's license, couldn't say a word in English - men I was pissed off.

The cop told me he couldn't do anything but detain him.

Who do you blame?
