I'm not a certified IQ tester, but I stayed in a Holiday Inn Express last night. So, I feel empowered to render an opinion.
I carefully analyzed your question for presentation technique, logic of expression, preponderance of repetition and statistical variability.
Based on that research, I declare that you have an IQ of 141.
This score is certified by the Minidriver Conglomerate, which has the competence of one.
So, you are a Mensa candidate.
Congratulations.

While there are tons of IQ tests on the Internet (just google it), very few of them are actually accurate to the standards of professional psychologists. To get an actual IQ test, you will need to find a psychologist to administer one to you. You could, of course, make an appointment to do this, or you could ask around at the local university's psychology department's office . . . to see if there'd be anyone willing to practice on you! If there's a counselor associated with a local church or school, they might be able to tell you how to find one.
(But . . . not everyone believes that IQ tests actually represent somebody's actual intelligence.
The long version: Generally the questions on an IQ test represent idealizations of problems that one experiences in life. The thing is, the questions on most IQ tests are biased in very subtle ways; I mean, they don't apply equally to everyone's lives. One will get a normal or high score only if they've mastered certain skill sets that are really only available to children of a certain economic bracket. Poor kids, for instance, are more prone to get below average IQ scores, not because poor kids are actually less intelligent, but because the IQ tests are geared towards a standard governed by the needs of middle class and wealthy and students.)

Actually, the one on Tickle.com is fairly accurate. I had a traditional IQ test done while I was in college a few years ago. I took the classic IQ test on tickle a few months ago. There was only a few point difference.
However, I would hazzard a guess that, if you are well read and are always trying to learn new things, your IQ is probably above average.
Good luck

The simple answer was going to be for you to send me $200 by Western Union and I would send you the results. But that just wouldn't be right.
I would check with a local high school or Education department in a university/college to see if they have such testing available. It will likely require some kind of payment, but it should get you a result that is much more valid than just something on a website.

I don't know how accurate it is, but there's a site (a match-making site, I guess) that has a bunch of tests - Tickle Tests. They have an IQ test, but, as I say, I'm not sure how accurate it is.
I've noticed, too, that there are apparently online tests, but they want personal information and sometimes money.
You could try a search, "Free IQ Test" or "Online IQ Test".

They are offered through the educational system where I live - That is for children but would be agood start. I know there is a proffessor at TU who is also authorized to do the stanford binet, so you might try a local university. Mensa requires a test for admssion so check their website and see if one of their test methods suits you.
Or try a web search for a test site in your area if one of those avenues does not work.

Tickle has some online tests and one of them is for IQ. It has more than the "classical IQ test" and it's also PHd certified. Hope that helps you. Good luck and remember, just because you don't have a piece of paper (degree) to show you're smart doesn't mean you aren't. ;) Good luck

There are many different types of IQ tests including mathematical, logical, pictorial, visual, and mixed assessments. There are plenty of sites offering free online testing that will show you a score and a comparison with how you fare statistically with others. Try finding different types and compare your results.

Don't take tickles test, it's not accurate at all.
If you want an accurate IQ test, try one of these two..
1. http://www.bbc.co.uk/testthenation/iq/ based on the standford binet/wechler scales.
2. http://www.iqtest.dk/main.swf based on ravens APM.
