I have a small bump on my face about 1 inch under my eye, it's clear and waxy like whenI feel it. Is it a wart?? The doctors always look at it when I visit them but they never say anything. They just look curiously and I never thought to ask.

Edit...the bump is not 1 inch, it's really small. I was just saying that it's 1 inch away from my eye.

Ask your doctor next time to see a dermatologist but it sounds like a skin tag to me, and yes they can be removed
