you have to drink fluids so you urinate frequently. You should also try to introduce natural sources of vitamin c into your system,to insure your body gets a maximum dose. most will exit via urine, but you have to get all you can. Eat 3 healthy hearty meals daily, and rest as often as possible. Wash your hands often and don't rub your eyes as to not re-infect yourself. The rest is all luck in my opinion, and I wish you the best !

Histal Expectorant is really good for the cold. Or you can try homemade remedy such as honey and lime, it works for me but it might take a bit longer than 3 days.

taking zinc always works for me, as soon as you feel a cold coming on take some. symptoms go away so fast!

go by zycame that really works but the most important thing is drink lots of fluids and reast and more rest.

Drink plenty of fluids and use lots of anti-bacterial products for your home and personal use. This works for me.
