A lot of people say they go to church and everything but do they really keep the Sabbath. I mean Sunday worshipers just go to church and when they come back home they do whatever they want instead of keeping their "Sabbath" day holy. So I just wanted to know.

I like your thinking, I personally keep the sabbath because it is the 4th commandment. The commandment itself was lost some few hundred years ago because the Roman Catholic Church used their 'authority' to change the sabbath from saturday to sunday, how they got the right to do that is beyond me cus i serve an eternal everlasting never changing God, but good question tho :)

The Sabbath was never CHANGED. The sabbath day has always been and always will be Saturday. However, the change in the day of worship came when Jesus was crucified and then resurrected. Jesus was resurrected on a Sunday and that is what the day and event that is celebrated and worshipped on Sunday.

There are about 14 or 15 million Seventh-Day Adventists.

Yes we do keep the Sabbath holy from sundown Friday to sundown Saturday.
