if the guy dont drive, will it be okay if the girl will be the one to drive?

the person is not allowed to drive since he is not a US immigrant, and just a tourist

Unless you want to walk or ride a tandem, I'd say it's the only choice you've got. If she takes you parking, you know she really is interested.

of course its okay, though, if he has a license, he could offer once in a while to jump behind the wheel if they're going out on a date or something. Maybe take the extra step of helping her in and out of the car. Pump her gas for her at the station (ahem and maybe pay for a fill up once in while -- not necessarily all the time, though) A sweet gesture could help assure her she's not being taken advantage of.

That's "doesn't" drive (not don't) and he should ask her if she minds driving as she may not be aware he is unable to, or may find it unappealing that he either doesn't have a vehicle or license.

it's okay..as long as she's okay with it.
personally, i don't mind driving..but i would get tired of ALWAYS having to drive..
