Depends how fast. For a tasty treat try this.
Ingredients
Chicken breast
two slices streaky bacon
Few cubes of feta cheese
coriander leaves torn
Olive oil
Paprika
Mixed salad
Method
Open the chicken breasts and stuff with the feta cheese and coriander and sprinkle generously with paprika. Close the breast and wrap the bacon around it lattice style. Fry quickly in the olive oil on both sides for a couple of minutes. Place on baking tray in hot, pre-heated oven at 180 deg C for twenty minutes and then served with mixed salad drizzled in olive oil and sprinkled with paprika. Takes just over twenty minutes but worth the time. When you cut into the chicken the melted cheese mixture oozes out. What a flavour!

Five minute lasagna.
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 pkg frozen spinach thawed and drained
1 pkg frozen cheese raviolis (or your favorite kind)
1 large pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
grated parmesan
put 1/3 of spaghetti sauce in bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Layer on half the raviolis. Cover with thawed spinach. Add half of each cheese. 1/3 more sauce. Layer on remaining ravs. Last 1/3 sauce, remaining cheeses ending with parm. Tent with foil so cheese doesn't touch it. Bake covered for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly at 350 degrees. Remove foil to brown cheese to golden just another minute or two. Serve with bread and a salad. Enjoy!

Lemon Fettucine Alfredo
Chicken:
Honeyed Chicken Dijon
Juicy Lemon Chicken
(I like flavorful, decadent meals.)

Kielbasa and pierogies. SO fast. Find kielbasa at the store in the hot dog section. Just boil it for 9 minutes. The pierogies you find in the frozen section with frozen french fries - get Mrs. T's. You can just boil them 5 minutes or you can pan fry them in butter (really good with sauteed onions too, if you are so inclined). The perfect meal in 10 mins.

A stir-fry is always quick & good. Take any veggies you have in the fridge, ( carrots, celery, peppers, onions, broccoli and you have to have garlic.!) Ginger would be nice too! Cube up a couple of boneless breasts and brown them up. Add some chicken broth, soy sauce & a tablespoon of corn starch to thicken it. Throw it over cooked rice or noodles.

In the superstore, fruits are usually chosen much too soon. Some are rocks, many are bitter. Some of the fresh vegetables are generally right (zucchini, onions, garlic, lettuce, greens, and a few others) so I'd have to go with vegetables.
