No hes not gay. But he just might be one of those good guys who is loyal. I know there are not alot of us left but thats just the way it is. I could never be with one of my good friends girls. But if you really want him say something to him.

People flirt, but that doesn't mean that they WANT you or that they are gay. He probably has respect for his friend and won't approach you because you are someone else's girlfriend. You call this person your "boyfriend" so leave other guys alone or break up with this person - don't disrespect him by fooling around!

He probably won't pay attention to you because you are the girlfriend of his friend! Some people do have morals and know how to behave--even at 19.
