You need to get her checked to a vet, I know it might sound crazy but animals are as easily able to have false pregnancies as humans are. Thier first time in heat is usually when the false pregnancy will come up. And milk will form.

My mothers dog did her first year of able to breed, she started growing milk in her breasts, and we took her to the doc and gave her meds that will dry out the milk.

From what you said it sounds like that might be the problem.

If you want to check, massage her nipple and if any whitish substance comes out, then that is what it is. It might not come out at first cause it has to build up.

If you dont get it fixed the milk will sit there and become spoiled and make her sick. So go ahead and take her to the vet.

could be just a cyst or an abscess. The vet should check it out though because cats can be susceptible to breast cancer.

Sounds hormonal. If it doesn't go away in a few months, take her to the vet.
