well- I live in CA but in the Los Angeles Area. There are alot of nice areas here in Southern CA that are just pleasant to live in. For example you have Claremont, CA & Rancho Cucamonga. These cities are so nice because there are so many trees in the residential areas it feels like it's fall all year long since there's so much trees. The houses are really big and antique so- the streets look so safe. You kids can play in the front yard with the neighboors kids & everything is fine. But- the area is a bit expensive for housing (renting or buying) the climate is great in these cities since they are a bit close to the mountains. Depending wher you live now and how far you area willing to go and how much you are willing to pay for housing is up to you.

factors of Brooklyn and Queens are interior of half-hour by utilising subway of NYU/the off-broadway district. Spend a while on Craigslist, searching for residences/roommate circumstances that sound reliable and then checking the place they're on a map and what they value, to get a feeling of your financial and geographic recommendations. There are some enclaves in long island that are no longer as loopy costly because of the fact something (e.g. Washington Heights on the north end, factors of the East Village and better East section that are quite far from the subway) yet maximum possibly, Brooklyn and Queens (and the Bronx, in case you will discover something captivating close to an exhibit practice) are extra lifelike. reliable success.

There is no better place on earth than New Orleans, Louisiana. The party is non-stop. The food is great, the people are fun and friendly. Go for a weekend and see for yourself. I know what you are thinking what about hurricanees. The last hurrican before this last one was about 50 years ago. Check it out. You won't regret it.

it all depends on age what your econimic stautus is.do you want to retire, look for a job etc.the south [usa]offers many people an excellent place for retires or semi-retires to relax in the sun and many golf clubs etc.if your young a nice urban place would be your best bet.i have lived in dallas and nashville, and i prefer nashville it is like a breath of fresh air, plenty to do and lots of great job oppurtunities. i found dallas very crime ridden and jobs were very scarce unless you were in the upper managnment catagory.id visit a few places on the web before i made up my mind and i would spend some time in a few places also.good luck
