JESUS IS NOT GOD

"there are things that exist despite the inability to percieve or be able to test them?" False. You have an example (other than a make-believe one like "God")???

"God being one of those things." False. God does not exist, therefore, its very hard to believe in God (Jesus Christ).

You are a douche:True or False, Yes or No, and Why?

Are you people really that stupid? There are an infinite number of things that cannot be perceived and we currently don't have the ability to test them. Does that mean they don't exist? Correct answer is no. They do exist you are just to high on your patting yourselves on the back to understand we as a human race have only scratched the surface on the understanding of how things work and why they work. Those of you that have not Idea concept of God are really kidding yourselves and are the most scared of all of us. You have a belief that you have to prove it to believe in it. heh Half of the **** you think you believe in you can't prove. Most of it is theory, although much can be proved, for every answer gained springs 100 questions. Answer me this how can this person with this question prove to any of you the things that at this point are not in his or anyones ability to perceive? Would that not be one of your own contradictions? It is still there we just can't prove it yet. duh wake up and smell your own bullshit. God is the same thing you don't know he is not there you can't prove it and you can't prove he is there. So therefore God remains in-material and cannot be perceived at this time. Same goes with theory.
Nuff said.
Have a day you perceive and enjoy ;)

a million. Glossalia isn't something extra suitable than a parlour trick. that's in basic terms gibberish uttered by ability of people in a notably emotionally suggestive state. you could degree this in an fMRI gadget the speech centres of the ideas flow dark, the emotional centres are lit up like broadway. 2. that's not a lie that's in basic terms nonsense. the individuals who wrote the OT lived 3000 years in the past, i'm specific they believed what they have been writing. people have been superstitious back then. that's not a planned lie, that's in basic terms stupid **** people believed until now we outgrew that stuff. 3. returned, i think of they are truthful. i think of they suspect they'd do it, yet that proves genuinely no longer something. 4. Yeah and because of this all atheists right this moment (approximately 40 5 million people interior the U. S. on my own) are a bunch of sociopaths. Oh wait we are no longer. have not got faith each thing you pay attention.

There is nothing in this world, universe or reality that can not be tested or percieved at some level. If a thing can not be precieved or tested and quantified that means it doesn't exist. Name one thing that you consider real that can't be percieved, you can even carry on this conversation by going to my profile and sending me a message. But I know you won't because you don't have anything.

I totally agree. There are some things we will never understand. But why focus on Jesus Christ? What makes him right above any other religion. You seem to make the assumption that if you can't explain something, then it's god and therefore Jesus Christ. How do you make that direct link? It's quiet a leap. Could you explain how you got there?

Edit: Nicely put Annata.

There are perhaps other dimensions to the universe, we don't know everything.
But that Jesus was God himself and God is the way he's described, as childish, closed minded and dumb as the religions would make him out to be?
Highly improbable. It actually makes much more sense to say there is no God, and you know it.
If there is a God outside of the universe, a creator, he certainly does not get involved, it may not even be aware of us-- there is too much more in the universe to pay attention to.
Remember, the universe is much bigger than you will ever be able to comprehend.

Take an astronomy course, or read a book on it.

There are no "things" that there is no way to percieve except imaginary things. If you are referring to god as an imaginary concept then yes, it is something that can't be percieved in any way. If you are referring to god as being a real thing then you are seriously mistaken.

I DON'T answer yes to that question. There is nothing that exists that is not in some way testable or measurable. Even in Quantum Mechanics, you can't know where a quark is AND it's speed, but you can know one of the two.

While there may yet be things that we have not developed the technology to measure, to assume that the technology will never exist is ridiculous. Without evidence, there is nothing there. If you have something happening in your brain, in the universe, it is perceivable & measurable. There is no perception without something natural happening. And that strips it all of supernatural causes and effects.

I can actually answer this, as a former agnostic.

It can actually be quite difficult to believe in God and Christ. I mean think about it - Christianity makes some pretty extraordinary claims. Even as a Christian, I have to stop, shake my head, and say to myself, "Wow.... I guess there is a bit of a leap required."

When you look at the fact that the universe is a self-sustaining system, that we are on the downward, entropic curve of the Big Bang, it isn't terribly difficult to ask some questions. I think it is even important to at least spend a part of one's life asking the big questions. I think my faith would be on much shakier ground if I hadn't spent as much time as I did as a not-quite-believer.

I found belief in these extraordinary claims only when I began to realize the extraordinary power of love. But it is a hurdle. I think if Christians were honest with themselves and one another, it is a really big thing to ask of people unfamiliar with our story that they believe. That is not to say we shouldn't tell it, but more compassion and understanding on our part is called for, when people struggle with it.

because these things that can't be seen or measured have effects on things that can ,unlike your god. several hundred years ago a scientist predicted the existence of planets in the solar system that couldn't be seen. he did this by looking at the orbits of planets that could be seen and extrapolated.

what can we measure that points to the existence of god? nothing except faith
