On it's arrival I discovered (despite the firm's 9/10 out of 10 rating for easy cleaning) it is not allowed in a dishwasher. It is big for a standard worktop and on assembling it I cut a deep gash in my thumb on a corner of the plastic. It leaks juice where the spout joins the machine and the motor appears to stop for some reason. UK Juicer say it it is all normal and won't take it back despite their acknowledged 'cooling off period' I asked them to take it back within 24 hours but am now having aggro over it. It was delivered to my home address which is the same as my business address and on that basis they say it cannot be returned. To top it all it has been seen for less than half their price of £225. Any comments?

They should accept it back if returned within the time period. regardless if at your own address being also your work address, how many other people work from home. I purchased one of the Jack Lamanes juicers advertised on TV. and find out that it was cheaper from argo. so I got mine from there. I hope you get some satisfaction, dont give up its your right, to return if not satisfied with it.
