christmas is now 5 days away and i already have my ham,should i be freezing it or will it keep in the refridgerator untill christmas? I really dont want to have to freeze it only to take it out again 3 days later

It will keep - don't re-freeze. In fact, if it's frozen now, you should keep it in the fridge to thaw it out.

It will be fine, just keep it in the fridge and make sure it's in the back at the coolest part. Just be sure to freeze any left overs by the day after.

Check on your ham, some have help lines like they do for turkeys. I think as long as it is refrigerated and the seal on the package isn't broken until you are ready to cook it, you should be ok. If it was previously frozen though you need to cook it right away. Happy Holidays.

i say freez it and take it out cristmas eves morning so that it will be defrosted for cristmas
