Ive liked this kid for a little while. here is what hes done so far:
1.pull a desk for me, next to him when i couldnt find a seat.
2.when i drew a heart on paper, and looked away, i looked back down, and i saw that he drew an arrow through it.
3. he gave my teacher our papers(he didnt have to) when he saw i was having trouble carrying everything, and gave them to him for me.
4.Helps me in math, without clomplaining.
5.Makes me laugh.
6.Playfully flirts with me.
Yet He:
1.Always flirtacious
2.My friend likes him too...but she said it was okay for me to like him...

From what you've said, it sounds as though he does has some feelings towards you. The first sign someone likes you is that person does favors for others (hence, getting you a chair, turning in your stuff, etc.) It sounds as though he pays more attention to you than anyone else [judging by your list] He is constantly giving you his attention more so than others because he helps you in math without complaints, he drew the arrow through your heart drawing. This really shows that he recognizes you like him and he has responded. I don't know your age but around my age (18) people who do this really, really likes you =p
You said, he's always flirtacious; this could be, that's his personality. That set aside, he still pays more attention to you than others. Unless he is acting this way around someone else (helping them out, 1on1 flirting [heart and arrow]) he is into you. I hope you've gained some insight as I have from your words. Go for it, it's obvious he's putting himself out there for you =)
