To reduce your body fat % you should should always know your limitations. How old are you? The older you are the more time you might want to give yourself to reach your target. Are you male or female? Males vs females have different chemistry balances. Females body fat % might be higher Where as a males % might be leaner for instance a health guide for a Male 45 yrs old 5'8' might say your max body fat should be 26% max Your DR. should have a chart. What is your current physical activity level? What are you allergic to? Excersize and diet can help you reduce you body fat %. Diet does not mean just vegetable and fruit! You must maintain a balanced eating habit! Crash Diets are not healthy! Protein, carbs and fiber (cereal products) in small amounts can ( about a handful) should be your intake target. reduce your intake of food ( the amount of food you eat in a single meal ) increase your cardio to 45 mins 3-5 times a week(walking running biking etc..) Tuna is a great source of protein and can help you reduce your body fat %. Oatmeal or cereal in the Morning for breakfast, a fruit or veggie for a snack before lunch ( about 2 hours apart) 4-6 ozs of tuna how ever you want it for lunch! bread is a carb and you need a little carb in your diet a fruit or veggie for a snack before dinner if you get hungry and again for dinner 4-6 oz of your favorite protein a salad no Carbs ( no rice , potatoes) cottage cheeze ( a small amount) is a good in between snack! be patient but firm with your self your body has to adjust to the changes. target your % 1-2% a month or 3-5 lbs a month. as you lose you can increase.

cardio and weight training. cardio will burn the fat and the weight training will give you more muscles (less body fat over all).

Excercise, and stop eating before you are full. Snack on fruits, veggies, whole grains.
