Thats ok, to start with but instead of walking the dog, u can jog maybe for a few miles. That will keep your cardio in the routine and like anything else watch what u eat.

For general fitness, yeah, but I would suggest uping the walk to a brisk 45. The push-ups and sit-ups are probably more than most folk would do! Very commendable. Throw in about 5 minutes of stretching and your package is complete.

hun that sounds about fine, im like you , cant go a day without my exrecizing. when i went away on my holiday , i made sure i done laps in the pool and a jog each day.
i carry my own dumbells , only light and do them whilst relaxing.
that sounds fine as when you go home you can always get back to your more streneous routine. good luck hun honestly this sounds great and well enough. if your feeling fidgety you can go outside and do some stretches and maybe a little jog

You need to do some cardio as well.,
So far your strength routine is good... sounds like military to me!
Bring along a jump rope, you MUST this is the best form of stable cardio that you can get, and it's awesome cause you can bring it anywhere and do it anywhere, all you need is a rope and a good pair of shoes
I bring the rope with me anytime I travel and can't run like usual
