I have no problem w/ PDA so long as it does not cross the line. So long as you have some taste and morals there is nothing wrong with some. Holding hands and a hug/kiss good bye good - groping very bad.

Depends. I could care less if couples want to give each other a peck once in a while. If they are going at in public, I usually wish I would have brought my paintball gun.
