Hmm... it would have to be something with chocolate... probably chocolate layer cake with raspberry mousse filling (they served it at a restaurant I used to work at -mmmm!).

I absolutely adore a desert called Strawberry Pretzel Salad. The pretzels are marinated in the oven with butter and sugar. This mixture will line your 9X9 pan to form the crust. Cream cheese, powdered sugar and whipped cream are combined to form the next layer. Frozen strawberries mixed with a large box of strawberry jello with boiling water added (follow directions on jello box but don't add cold water. The frozen strawberries will act as your cold water). This mixture will top your desert. Chill for about 20 minutes after each ingredient is added to pan. It is wonderfully different. The pretzels taste like nuts. (Be sure and spread cream cheese mixture around the edges so the jello mixture won't seep into the pretzels causing them to get soggy). Divine! Divine! Desert
