Are they completely calaused up?

There could be a psychological reason for it. For many people, ticklishness has as much to do with one's head as one's feet. Perhaps you just haven't been tickled in the right situation. If you've expected it, or if you've had some sort of anxiety attached to the experience, that might have been blocking your response. At any rate, I'm sorry your feet aren't ticklish and hope it changes for you soon.

I don't have ticklish feet either.

Maybe you have callouses. Thats why you are not ticklish.
It doesnt matter, does it? Many people are not ticklish at all.
