Typically anti-aging products and vitamins target your bodies nutrient requirements for skin growth so you're looking at a combination of Fats, Vitamins C and E, and Co-EnzymeQ.

For your fatty acid intake I recommend fatty fishes, a good source is delicious sushi. Taking fish oil supplements is no longer recommended by most cardiologists. A study was released this past summer that proves that the intake of fish oils has caused arrhythmias, internal bleeding, and worsening control of blood sugar. (Medical Letter)

CoQ can be found in a number of supplements or by itself.

Vitamin C can best be obtained through fruits and vegetables as intake of water soluable vitamins in the form of nutrients must be taken with food or it is much less absorbed.

Vitamin E is probably your best bet to fight aging, the only caveat is that it is a fat soluable vitamin which means you can easily overdose on it if you take more than the recommended amount.

I hope this was all helpful. Your neighborhood pharmacist can tell you the same things and even recommend particular products.

Be well!

The two most effective things you can take other than multivitamins to improve your aged look is to eat more fish (mainly salmon) and drink lots and lots of water. Salmon and certain fish has omega 3-fatty acids which is very good for your skin and the water clears out any toxins in your body to better nourish your skin. Stress really does take a toll on your appearance, so you have to really make up for it with a good diet...and yes, any multivitamin will help.

I strongly propose sunscreen...on a daily basis...rain or shine.
