Advice please, Help?

Recently my head is feeling sort of heavy and with some bad sinus, and I am also feeling sleepy most of the time. What is this, please help.

Probably a sinus infection, seek medical advice so they can properly diagnose you

I agree that it's probably a sinus infection. Try drinking hot steamy stuff with lots of extra vitamins in it. And if that doesn't help, see a doctor.
