The only things that taste better, are Diet Cherry Coke, Diet Vanilla Coke (if you can find it), Vanilla Pepsi, Diet Orange Pepsi or Orange Coke (you have to make it) bottled water with a packet of Crystal Light To Go added and Black Vanilla Coke, Pomegranite Coke and Poppy Seed Milk, with a little Arronia Berry juice. Poppy Seed Milk:
A Litlhuanian non dairy smoothie, which is often used in place of eggnog, to celebrate the first officila day of winter (Winter Solstice). At first it might seem or look discouraging, but it's worth a try! It really doesn't take many ingredients.
2 cups poppy seeds
3 cups boiling water
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon almond extract

2 servings 30 min 30 min prep
Place the seeds in a 1 qt or 2 qt measuring cup, or a medium bowl. Add enough hot water to cover, about 3 cups. Allow the seeds to steep in the water for 10 minutes. A little lnger shouldn't hurt.
Transfer teh seeds and water to a working blender. Blend at high speed until very smooth, about 3 to 4 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, arrange several layers of overlapping cheese cloth near a clan medium bowl. Spoon mixture into the cheesecloth, twist the cloth closed and squeeze over the new bowl.
Discard the pulp from inside the cheesecloth and repeat procedure with remainging mixture in the blender. Whisk the sugar and extract into the milk, then refrigerate until chilled.

Newman's Own low calorie limeade (it's really good) and Ocean Spray makes good low calorie juices in cranberry and orange flavor. I think they are like 5 calories per serving. Also, what I like to do is buy a 1 liter bottle of seltzer water and pour in just a couple ounces of cranberry, grapefruit, or pineapple juice. It's fizzy and a touch of sweet without the artificial taste and is still really just water, so really healthy.

Raspberry Shrub and sparkling water... soo good! Got introduced to this about 5 yrs ago and I still love it!
FYI: fruit shrubs are based on Colonial era recipes and are drink concentrates made with our fresh fruit vinegars, unbleached cane sugar, honey and spices. They can be mixed with sparkling water (1 part Shrub to 8 parts water) to make festive non-alcoholic drinks, also to flavor wine and champagne, or used as an ingredient in many delicious dishes ranging from fruit salsas to desserts

Minute Maid Lights are great, particularly the lemonade flavor. They only have 5 calories per can yet they don't have that yucky nutrasweet taste to them like other zero calorie drinks do.

i like those flavored sparkling waters. i think the generic ones taste better than the coke product ones. My favorite is either raspberry or cherry.
