There really isn't much you yourself can do . If a tooth is loose enough for you to pull, then the adult tooth underneath is close enough to erupting so there is no problem with wiggling out a baby tooth. If teeth are lost prematurely though, then a spacer made by your dentist might help. Other things can be done by your dentist to maximize and treat early any crowding present. Even this though doesn't mean your child won't need braces.
One way you can detect if there is going to be crowding is to check your childs teeth...especially the bottom baby teeth...if they look perfectly straight and are touching....this is bad...if they are straight and have gaps...this is good.
Other tips I can give you for your child....Eliminate thumb (finger) sucking...pacifier sucking. These both can affect the position of the teeth.

I have been around some adult people with beautiful perfect straight teeth they told me not to let kids wiggle the baby teeth to pull them because it made the tooth socket bigger so when the permanent teeth came in they had to much room to grow in crooked. True or not I don't know.

You can't realy change how they come in but you can minimize some things. Since you didn't mention his age...thumb and binky sucking should be kept to a minimum...they both push out teeth. If they need a thumb or binky don't let them have it after about 10 months.
My niece sucked a binky till she was 4 and her teeth were gross!!!

No there isnt a way. the only thing you can do is pull it out or let it fall out. there is no way to prevent croooked teeth sometimes people acn get mostly straight teeth and some crucked but you cant prevent it.

Hit him in the mouth. Make sure you punch hard enough to knock the teeth straight.
