Being in the credit business, some of the toughest creditors are cap one Discover and providian on bad credit. Household ,Bank one however owns many institutions that offer 2nd chance cards. Orchard bank is a second chance card. The only thing is, you must pay on time or the interest rate sky rockets, and late fees kick in. Then it is very difficult to catch up. Second chance accts are your best bet for now. Good luck!
