Believers , it is your turn to define it . the atheist has raised an apt question.ask the god for a definition if you donot know .Is there an universally acceptable definition of God ? is there a common definiton of god just a common defintion of man irrespective of colour , language and creed ?what language does God speak? What country was he born?Did he know geography ? why not he appear before the people of all countries with one image and speak to them in one language and tell them all that he is the only one that is great and powerful?

god is a man made concept to explain certain things in this life time that people wouldn't understand also for weak people who need something to believe in as they don't believe in themselves enough also the concept of god was created for those individuals who feel that there has to be more in this lifetime then just living and dying but is also an ultimate tool used by man to control other men and women

A delusion for all mankind to try to explain a world beyond there understanding. A place of comfort for human spirit and a reason to commit massive crimes against all who do not agree with your idea of God. God is an explanation for everything to those who believe and he is the blocker of science, reason and human dignity.

As a Wiccan, I define God as the embodiment of all the is masculine and the Goddess as the embodiment of all that is feminine. Yeah I know that is kind of a short easy answer but otherwise it would take all day.
