Yes, he liked to celebrate birthdays in style, a simple cake would not do. And instead of making do with a family photograph, he insisted on the making of carved wooden replicas of everyone around him, which was the first nativity scene.

Proverbs 1:7. The first Christmas tree was put up by Martin Luther. Jesus would have celebrated Channukah, as it existed back then.

The Pagans decorated the first "Christmas" trees... a long time before Jesus was even alive. They would decorated evergreens outside, and they would bring some plants in doors for decorations as well. Sometimes the trees were brought into home, otherwise they were brought into temples. Cloth, trinkets, amulets, and coins were used for decorations.

The Christmas tree is a German Tradition, stemming from guess what? The Pagan Winter solstice.
It was popularized by Queen Victoria's German husband for the winter season.
It became all the rage in England and eventually spread to America,
the rest is history.
Christmas is tradition and is more about celebrating children than Jesus.

Christmas is a commercial holiday it is plenty approximately timber and Santa Claus. Jesus did no longer have fun his birthday. Neither did the disciples of Jesus have fun his birthday. Jesus by no skill gave a command for anyone else to have fun his birthday. human beings do what they desire, whether it is not probable a command from Christ or the occasion of Christ.

I don't think it's documented, but some Christians consider the cross to be the first Christmas tree. I know that's not His birth, but it was his rebirth and while it's a sad moment as a vision, it's was God's plan and truly a great moment.
