The porsche still turns on and is in good condition. It has'nt had tags since 1997 because of the transmission. The interior is great and the engine still starts like new and in good condition. I want to sell it for parts or to the junk yard.

As long as you have the last registration on the vehicle, that proves without a doubt that you are the legal owner, you can sell it at any time.

If you sell it to a salvage yard, you won't make much money. Advertise and ebay and see what happens.

Why wouldn't you want to get the car going again? You'd make more money selling it after repairing the tranny than not repairing at all.

Try swaping the transmicion for a VW bug one. I think it fits, if anything the car is still a porsche so many people would love to have it in their garage. go ahead and ask your friends if anyone wants it and sell it to them in payments. put in on ebay or auto trader. again We love to have soemthing to work on, and that would be a great project.
