How do u get a visa to attend school if u been living here in the U.S and just started your immigration paper work to obtain your green card?

From what I know you can get green card after your visa expired only in case if you married to an american citizen.
Nobody will give you an F1 visa if your previous expired. Basically you are illegal.

In case, you are married to an american......
After your I-130 is approved and you sumbit form I-485 to obtain you green card, you can for sure go to school but (I think) not before.

Just apply at school and they will accept you. All they care about is that you pay your outrageously high tuition fees and ridiculous charges often overlooked for things you don't even need to have access to - such as computer fee, like ya didn't have a computer already.

well you have to be in the united state's minimum 3 to 5 year's depend's in wich states and get a lwayer present the paper's youve been using than he process them to migration bural whatever the name is and than you'll have to wait minimum 1 year or less than 6 month to get your migration paper's i got mines in 3 month i have the lawyer's number if your interested.
