Are there any landline phones which can be used to text using a broadband talk account?

i dont think you can send text msg through broadband but i know that all bt freestyle phones are compatible for broadband and you can send txt msg from freestyle phones check out bt.com for styles and prices!

you cannot text with a landline phone... that's kinda obvious. Only cellphones do that. Isn't there a way to reroute the calls so it comes to your phone, not the comptuer...

and besides, you need a keyboard to text. why not just call the person and talk to them?
