Sounds like he's vomiting bile. When their stomachs are empty but they vomit, usually this yellowing material comes up.

Does the vet have a covering doctor or is there an emergency clinic that you could call and ask their opinion on what you should do. Sometimes they'll just say to with hold food for one day to allow the stomach irritation to start to heal. Always offer water.

Is he lethargic, does he have diarrhea? These are questions that the clinic may ask also. And if he hasn't had a bowel movement and he's not eating, he may have blocked bowels, which now is an emergency. Call someone immediately.

Don't give him the old antibiotics. They are usually good for only 14 days or so depending on the type of antibiotic prescribed. They should be tossed.

look around the house and see if he got into any type of poison. If so call poison control and ask them what to do about the product he ingested. You can search to see if there is an emergency vet service in your area. It may cost you alot of money so I would see if he has been possibly poisoned first.

Call another vet out of town if you have to. When animals stop eating there may be something serious wrong. Good luck.

There should be an emergency vet in your phone book. Take him there, and meanwhile try to keep your kitty as comfortable as you can.

Good luck!

you need a vet, keep the kitten warm and well watered. If you need to call the vet at home he should understand, if he doesn't or you can't reach him at home it may be time to locate another vet.

Sounds like your kitty has a stomach virus, good-luck.
