Probably because NOW you're no longer her friend, but another guy trying to be more. In other words she was happy having you as a friend and you screwed it up like most guys do.

hate to say this... but its like that book for girls who don't catch on... "She's just not that into you"
And if she did then she would let you know it some way, flirting more or whatever... she is probably uncomfortable around you now knowing that you like her...
If she might like you and you want to find out, leave her alone, kind of blow her off and see if she calls you, let her make a move if you dont contact her for like 3 or 4 days and she doesnt call you or something then she doesnt like you... if she does then she is at least somewhat interested!

i think she feels u have deceived her acting like a friend b4 going in 4 the kill. be honsest didnt u act like a friend because she is hot. next time be up front with a girl. if u wanna date her, just say so.

That means she doesn't like you and now feels uncomfortable but doesn't know how to tell you. She's trying to push you away so she doesn't have to directly talk to you about it.

just sit her down and talk to her about it. if she won't sit still long enough for you to do this, thn send her an email. when you talk to her just let her know that your decision to tell her how you feel was something you had to do and you are sorry it offended her. either way honesty is the best policy!

It just probably feels awkward..its happened to me before where i act differently. She is probably unsure. I suggest talking to her about it, dont be shy but dont be to pushy and make it even more awkward
