First of all baptism is for those old enough to make the Choice for God. Dedication is for those who can't yet choose. How old is your daughter?
second: We, (your name and your spouses name), cordially invite all to share in our daughter's (her name) dedication to God on (date, time, place).
Follow this with directions to church if desired.
