This is a Nigerian scam. Why did they pick your name out of all the billions of people in the world. The most common source of the scammers getting your email is on line Internet survey companies, like "Get Paid To Take On Line Surveys". They sell your information to other companies and the Nigerian pose as business to buy the lists. Microsoft is not in the lottery business. Clue one. They spelled "CORPORATION" wrong. The only poverty they are fighting is theirs by scamming you out of your money. The follow up from them will say you must send a payment to them to either cover taxes or to pay for the shipment of your winnings or a similar line. I am a retired Police Officer that for years has investigated Internet scams and fraud and this is an old one. Don't be duped.
