This man I've never met, but he is a friend of a friend and I talk to him on myspace. He's nice and cute and my friend speaks well of him..
He recently told me he was coming to my city in a few weeks.
Well, I told him if he wanted a tour of the city let me know, and I'd hook him up. I trust him since he knows my friend.

Anyway, He wrote back ,
'Right on girl, I might take you up on that tour."

That's all he wrote, nothing else.
He never wrote, I'll let you know when I'll be there or anything.
Just, 'I might take you up on that tour.'

Was he just blowing me off?

I do not wnat to email back and say anything else and look stupid.

To the person who says he thinks I'm ugly. That's not true. He flirts with me back and forth all the time.
He even told me I'm a heartbreaker...because of the way I look.

I can understand your confusion. On one hand he tells you he is coming to your town, I would have taken that to mean he would like to see you. Then when you offered a tour he said he 'might' take you up on it.

Also, you say he was flirty and so were you.
Hmmm

I have to conclude that no he was not blowing you off. I just think he means he might take you up on the tour.Simple as that.

Now, you could take that to mean he isn't exactly walking across fire to see you, but he could have other obligations when he is in your town, and is not sure he will have time to see you.

I would not send him another message about him coming to town.
I would let him make the next move, you offered, now it's up to him.

Im not sure if hes so much as blowing you off...or just keeping you as a plan c or d. Email him back something witty and see how he responds.

You don't have to write him back. You have extended your offer. It is up to him to take it if he wants it. I would continue to have contact with him online but keep it light and friendly.

Just wait it out.
You said ...if...

And he said ...I might...

You'll probably hear from him and if not don't sweat it.
That did not sound like a brush off to me.

No offense here at all, and I'm sure you're not gonna like this answer but he thinks you're ugly.
