If it's the bin file from a kvcd/vcd there should be a cue file with it.Use Nero to burn a vcd/data disc and open the cue file.Burn these to CD only and they will play on any dvd player.pm me if you have problems.

A .bin file normally has a .cue file that goes with it. a cue file is easy to create http://www.tech-recipes.com/windows_tips881.html.
Another option is to use extract now http://extractnow.com. This will extract the bin fileallowing you to get to the files.

u need daemon tools to open the file and nero to burn (use copy cd from nero)
