Rinse the hair with apple cider vinegar. Squeeze some fresh lemons to get lemon juice. Apply it on the scalp at least twice a week while washing your hair.More cheap and natural remedies for oily hair at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/oilyhair.html

I try not to wash my hair everyday-as per my hairdresser.
She suggested that I put baby powder on my roots to soak up the oil and to give my hair a nice smell.
I just put a little powder in my hands and run my fingers through my roots until they don't look white (I have brown hair).
I can usually do this for about 3 days-rinsing my hair in my daily shower without washing it.

after washing it, dont play with it and run your fingers through it all the time. the dirt off your fingers leaves grime in your hair. also dont keep brushng it once its been washed.
dont over wash it beacuse this can be a reason for greasiness.
dont overload your hair with products, stay with one or 2 and just use them. alls i use is shampoo and conditioner, and whilst drying hair serum. if you use too much conditioner on your roots this will make your hair unbelievably greasy.
hope ive helped

Use conditioner sparingly on your scalp, put most conditioner on your roots. Also when you brush you hair don't brush it a lot, just a few strokes. And don't touch your hair a lot, that makes it more oily and greasy. Also wash your hair more often. I wash my hair every day. I feels so greasy if i don't do it every day...hope this helped...good luck!
