Just wondering if i am the onle lone parent on here ? I'm 'old' father of 13 year boy...just curious as to whether anymore single parents hovering round the world ;)

Of course your not alone. There are plenty of us that are single parents out here. I am a single parent of 2 myself.

You serious? More than half the marriages end in divorce. And that's just the married people. :) I'm a single father of 2, a 6 year old girl and a 3 year old boy. For sure you ain't alone buddy.

Im a single parent. Only new at this as well!! Least you'v had some practice!!!!
Just split but it was over for a long time before it ended still aint easy though!!
Tough time of year aswell!!

i'm a single mum or a one parent family as i like to put it (you see i was part of a 2 parent family when she was born) And i hate the stigma attached to being a "single parent"
Your not alone and no doubt your doing a good job so keep it up

Yes, there out there more than you can imagine. Most of them being single moms. Try looking in the south, I think that's where it(single parenthood) originated from.

i'm lone parent as well.i have a two and a half year old boy,and a 15 month old girl.seperated from my wife six months ago and she couldn't cope with them on her own,so i gave up work to look after them,i've now got custody of them.they're bloody hard work,but well worth it,i wouldn't have it any other way now.if my ex tried to get them back now,she'd have one hell of a fight on her hands to get custody of them.

more than likely.............but I'm a lone parent of a nearly 21 and a 23 year old..........so that makes me more of a lone parent than you :-)
