Yes, they will be fine. Many recipes call for bringing eggs up to room temp before using.

We live in Skopje Macedonia and when we buy eggs, they are sitting in boxes on the shelf. They are not cooled and don't appear to be stored that way for a few days. 24 hours should not be a problem. They do the same in Istanbul Turkey where we last lived.

Here's the deal. Yes, you can still use them. The problem here is HOW you're going to use them. I wouldn't suggest eating those eggs if they're going to be undercooked. If you cook them fulling (ie. hard boiled, baked in something, or completly fry them) you will most likely kill any kind of bacteria that would get you sick.

But I always say, if you have any doubt. Throw it away.

Good luck, I hope this helps!

"Foodborne bacteria grow rapidly when food is left out on the counter. Room temperatures fall in the "Danger Zone," between 40 and 140°F, where bacteria grow rapidly. It is estimated that as many as 9,000 deaths and 6.5 to 33 million illnesses yearly are directly linked to foodborne pathogens (bacteria and other microorganisms that cause illness). And many of these illnesses are caused by food that are left out on the counter at room temperature."

I think the guideline is after food sits out for two hours you need to toss it.

Yes you can. Eggs sit out in a chicken shed overnight all the time. We do that all the time. Dont leave them out constantly but overnight will not hurt you!

Hope I helped! Have a very Merry Christmas!

They are still good, I get eggs from the store(already refrigerated) and from the dairy( not refridgerated), and I never put them in the frige. I always leave them out. They don't last as long, but you still have weeks to use them. I promise they are stil good.

bad eggs float -- Just run a bowl of water and see if they float or sink.
-- Then pop any that sink back in the fridge and toss any that float.

This is a good test for any eggs you buy - or if you have let them sit in the fridge (oops!) past their due date and want to check if they are still good.

If your house is not super hot go ahead. I am dating myself here, but I remember when we didn't keep eggs in the refrigerator.

I wouldn't suggest it...E Colie can develop. Room temp is fine but all nite is dangerous. Yes,its still room temp. but from the surface of the area, the eggs can be "hot" (above room temp.) Use your instinct...what you eat or use anything that has been sitting out all nite. (?)

No you can't they'll have gone bad since then. Most catering companies remove food after 3 hours of it being out as it starts to rot after that.
