What are some work outs that i can do that can build my butt muscles so my butt will get bigger?

Why? She has a fat a**? If that is what you really want, sit on the couch eating potato chips and watching TV all day.

If you really want a nice behind, go with one like Jessica Simpson in The Dukes of Hazzard. She spent a lot of time in the gym doing a lot of squats to get that. And it was well worth it!

I agree with the suggestions to do lots of squats, lunges, and plyometrics. You may also want to supplement those exercises with some floorwork, either traditional, Pilates, yoga, or other type, which focus on the buttocks. (One move you'll probably see a lot: bridge, where you lie on your back with your legs bent; squeeze your buttocks as you raise your body into a straight line.)
You may want to find a trainer or look into books or videos to help you put together some exercises. One killer butt toner is Cathe Friedrich's Butts & Guts; it's not for beginners in any way, shape, or form! Something like Killer Butt with Dolores Munoz might be better for someone newer to squats. Basically, whenever you read reviews and articles and someone has said the exercises made their back side so large they couldn't fit into their clothes any more, that's what you want to do!

Explosiveness requires muscular buttocks. What you must realize is JLo doesn't have muscular buttocks, only a big a** from genetics. Another thing you need to know is that to build major muscles like buttocks requires very strenuous effort. But if you are really determined, then, plyometrics, lots and lots of vertical leaps to a height that challenges your max vertical is very good. All out sprinting in intervals is another very effective way to improve your explosiveness. You must keep doing it until you are gasping for air. And finally, deep squats, lunges and hamstring curls. That also must be heavy enough to challenge your one rep max.

It won't be easy, but if you succeed you'll be that much more sexy.
