Men get jealous and think their girlfriends will start straying. This is a trust factor. I don't care when someone flirts or hits on my girlfriend. But I think I would get mad if she was flirting back with them. Would you get upset if your boyfriend was flirting with another woman in front of you? You need to really think about that. As harmless as flirting seems, it can be very harmful to a relationship if it's someone other than your bf/gf.

If she was my girlfriend of course I would be jealous and pretty mad too. If you're dating someone, unless you have agreed on an open relationship, it goes without saying that you aren't supposed to be flirting with anyone else, regardless of gender. I'd definitely sit down with her and have a discussion about what I expect out of a relationship and what I'm okay with her doing with other people to make sure it was clear to her that I'm not okay with the flirting. If she kept up with it despite my feelings I'd consider whether I wanted to continue the relationship depending on how serious her flirting was, was she cheating, etc. If she wasn't my girlfriend I would be jealous, but what can you do? If you're not dating then there's not really anything you can do about it.

Would you be mad if your guy flirted with whoever? You have to realize you probably flirted with your guy before you started dating exclusively. Well the looks and the tone of voice, eye contact is now directed at some else. Same way if he flirted with another lady. There are sacrifices and compromises in every relationship. In order to sustained this relationship do you think you could refrain from flirting?

In this day and age of lust, cheating and lack of self control. You never know what might happen and how far it will go. People are pretty weak now a day's (Not saying that's you). But It's not fun watching your girlfriend or wife, or hearing about your girlfriend or wife taking an interest to someone else. Because after all how do most realtionship's start? With a little bit of flirting at first. Right?

If you are on a date with a guy and you flirt with someone else it's showing disrespect toward him and is probably embarrasing for him. On the other hand, if the guys you're flirting with are getting mad....that's a different deal. In that case, flirt with someone else. Guys don't usually find it offensive to be flirted with.

It's disrespectful for a girl to flirt with other men. The way I see it, a girl is either with me or she is not. If she is flirting with someone else, the signal she is sending to me is that she is looking or hoping for a better alternative.
Plus, this is a two way street. What's good for the goose is good for the gander. If you are going to flirt with other men, it opens the door for me to flirt with other women. You better not act jealous when I start flirting with other women. After all, you can't have your cake and eat it too!

Simple: Men have EGO's - Part of our structure is based on having our egos stroked.... we are also very possessive with our trophy girls. I have a good theory, I do not get jealous because I EXPECT other men to find my woman HOT... I expect other men to move in on my woman.... while I am in the restroom or standing line to get drinks.... however, I expect respect from my girl... when I return, she can tease all she wants... but, if she ignores, doesn't acknowledge I am there, or continues to flirt - we are done.

yeah its jealousy...I usually dont get mad if my girl flirts a little.
