I know it is an awful question but i am in a grumpy mood so there you go!

You develop a plan ahead of time about how to get out of the house. You make sure your child knows what the smoke alarm sounds like when it goes off. (Those new alarms where the parent can record their voice are supposed to be really good.) Then, the parent(s) should help the youngest children/children who are least likely to be able to get out on their own.

Make sure your kids know NOT to hide. "Never hide, go outside!" Make sure they know there is nowhere safe to hide from a fire. If they can't get outside, they should wait low to the ground near a window so they can signal to rescuers where they are. Make sure they know that the firemen may look weird or a little scarey in their masks, but they are parents too and are good guys there to help and they should go to them/follow their instructions.

The best way to answer this is develop a fire escape plan for your house and teach your children what to do in event of fire. DO NOT judge the value of this child over that one. In reality, you don't get a choice. The child you would save in that case would be the child you can reach.

you are rite it is an awful question but the answer is that i would try everythig to save them both and if i couldnt get one or either of them out i would most likely die in the fire unless i was carried out by force because as long as one of my kids was in that house i would be there too trying til my last breath.i only hope that your gurmpy mood isnt due to one of your kids and you are seriously deciding what one to save

If only 2 out of the 3 of us could get out, I'd throw my kids outside to safety and I'd stay in the house. I'd die for my children.
By the way, that's a horrible question to ask

Seriously, I don't know how I could answer this. I think I would toss both of them out the window and die myself. They wouldn't die from our window heights....in other words, I would save them and sacrifice myself) I couldn't pick one child over the other and I hope to God I never have to.

I would die trying to save all 3. I couldn't leave with just one.

I would probably save the one that is easiest to save. I would use common sense. but I would try to save both if it was possible.

well i only have one and she is one week old and 4 days but you should not think like that when people say things like that it could happen but anyways if you got a bf or usband he can take one and you can so then they both will be safe.

I would rather die than not be able to save all of my children.
