I cant afford to stay home much longer and I understand he is 9 months but he has a complete fit if I even start to walk out of a room. I am not saying he show "know" better but I was wondering if any other parents had the same problem at this age and if so how did they handle it. Sorry if any one doesnt understnad my question or concern, about the situation or if I worded it wrong, but if anyone has any positive answers I would really appreciate it. Thanks

Babies cry (and scream) that is what they do. Yes it makes him unhappy to see you go or not to be around you, but he will survive and so will you. It is heart breaking to hear that scream of terror coming from your little one, knowing that if you just pick him up you can stop it and make him feel all better. That isn't always the best thing for them though. Although I am a stay at home mom I do understand your issue. As long as you feel comfortable with who you are leaving your child with, drop him off and leave. The day care provider will take care of you little one and if they have any problems they will contact you. In my experience children usually calm down within about 5 minutes after the parents leave and have a perfectly wonderful day.

I understand it is hard, but they cry, we can't fix everything.

I say all this only to add: if you feel your little one is carrying on in a way that is not in his character and think there may be something behind the fits and crying go with your gut feeling and don't leave him just yet. You will have to find something else. Good Morning America just had a segment about home based businesses. The ones they had on were customer service phone operators that could work from home. Willow, LiveOps and Alpine Access were the ones they had featured and said they were legit and not scam companies. Something to look into so you can work from home.

Give him lots of attention. It's normal for kids to go through Seperation Anxiety at this age. It'll pass. Just give him lots of love while he needs it.
