Since the Christians are the ones that thought of Hell to begin with... and Christians aren't supposed to be into ruling anywhere because the "meek" are the "blessed" ones, I think there really isn't an answer to your question. Just like there's no answer for "If God can do anything, then can be create a rock to heavy for him to lift?"

Since 'all that exists' came from and will return to (until further notice), the atomic fires that engulf 'all that there is' in both heaven and hell; one need only to "seriously" ponder as to just how good or bad it really was before arriving onto... "The Scene".... yeah.. It's Like That. T~

According to the bible, Lucifer thought so. But, since there can only be one ruler in hell and it is not likely to be me, I would say that it would be better to serve in heaven than to serve in hell. That's all assuming that the christians are right though.

you'd have to be the devil in order to reign in hell, and I hear the position's not gonna open up for a while, so either way, you'll be serving.

Where did you come up with this? The devil will be in the hottest place in hell. The worse you are on earth the worse it will be for you in hell for ever & ever. Believe in Jesus, ask for forgiveness of your sins & you will live & worship him in Paradise(heaven) for ever or eternity. It's your choice. If I'm wrong what will I have to lose? But, if you are wrong you have everything to lose.

No one will ever reign in hell. Unless you think you can do anything else but scream while the flames and worms engulf you for ETERNITY.

You can not reign in either because both have leaders, (really GOD has dominion over both) you will be a servant where ever you decide to go.

Well, we woudl know anything about reigning in Hell, wherever you go you will be serving.
