Bottom line rest and plenty of liquids are the best remedies. I also use Vicks formula 44, its just as good as Nyquil (same manufacturer) but doesn't put you to sleep. But don't get me wrong use both, the 44 during the day and Nyquil at night. you'll be feeling better in no time.

1. Get a spray inhaler (the type you squeeze up your nose).
2. Empty the chemicals down the sink.
3. Fill the container with a strong solution of salt water (just use cooking salt and warm water).
4. Squeeze up each nostril as you inhale.
5. Repeat regularly (every 1/2 to 1 hour)

Effective, expect a slight tingle and a taste of salt at the back of your throat as your sinuses clear (but don't expect immediate results - just keep blowing your nose as it starts to run and use the inhaler again).

Nyquil or dayquil depending on what time of day it is. Both of those help with the running nose and headaches.

Make sure to drink alot of water or OJ to help flush out your system and get alot of rest.

Zicam helps me. I started getting a cold and I used it avery 4 hours as directed and it was not as bad as it could have been and it only lasted 4 days.
Also, Cold-Eze helps too.

Tylenol cold and flu can help. They make a night time and day time. Get rest, a lot of fluids, and rest some more.
