My suggestion is that you stay away from this area of yahoo answers until you are stronger. There are so many here who are only out to do the work of Satan and to try and bring you away from Christ.
Does anyone who is strong in the Lord have suggestions for them, please share?

Thank you Angie. You are correct however, it is those who are not Christians that I come here for and by sharing His love I am strengthened. Jesus never promised "easy". Capn atheist doesn’t worship God anymore because maybe he felt God didn’t "deliver" when he was supposed to however I by the way am very strong in my religion and faith in God and devils are not just roaming around on here giving every Christian and believer of Christ thumbs down and hate mail, but they are also in the real world. Devils work through people, u never see him in his spirit form and it is very evident that he is here on Answers but the bible says to have faith in God and you will be protected from these heathens and their manipulation in the blood of Christ. The Devil's purpose is to cause confusion and manipulate God's people. Don't u see this here on Answers? It is imperative to pray everyday. Some ex-Christians probably were not strong as you and I Angie such as the Capn and have succumbed to the tricks of the devil. They were never "Christians" to begin with. But I know otherwise and know that God doesn’t always come when you want him but he is always on time and I am living proof despite what these heathens say on this board. You just have to learn to ignore them because the Devil will always believe he is right and fighting him and his ignorance will be a lonnnnnnng battle. Let them bask in their own misery while still pray that they see the light before it is too late.

When my faith needs strengthening - I try to spend more time in the word - and listening to worship cd (contemporary Christian music). When I turn my focus toward God, and He puts everything in perspective. I am reminded he is in control.
When I keep my focus on my hard times and not seek His strength and wisdom - I stay weak, worried and anxious. This works well for me. God bless.

Seriously, I LOVED being a Christian. Pray to your god to show me the light, seeing as how he ignored my prayers to do so, over 20 years ago. But anyway, I'm open.
Shine Jesus' light down on my wretched soul. Do that, and I'll become one of the most active religious proponents in this place.
