Meh, such is life.
I found that using only natural, hypoallergenic, sensitive and soap and perfume-free products helped me at all. A lot of off the counter stuff makes skin dry and itchy and tight. Hyper allergenic make-up(e.g. Almay) is OK to use I found(don't use base though) and Neutrogena spot-gel is good. ALWAYS moisturise! So many products clog pores, but using Simple Oil-reducing moisturiser I found didn't irritate my skin. I always get terrible skin when I am stressed out - i.e don't stress out and just be calm about your skin. Skin problems can cause depression and feelings of inferiority, so if you are feeling really down about it, see your GP. I found that going on the combined Pill helps a bit too by regularising hormone production.

Well I dont know about forever, you obviously have to keep up with your skin... But there is a product called Natures Cure and it works wonders... Its a Pill that is all natural and a cream for any pimples that do arrive... Good Luck & Happy Holidays!!

Have a healthy diet cleanse your face don't put makeup on this causes spots due to the pores in your skin cant breathe and can get dirty from the makeup.

Watch what you eat, that plays a big part in why your face breaks out. Also, after washing your face in the morning, rinse with cold water. It closes your pores and stops any dirt getting in that may cause spots.

-Lightly exfoliate every morning, beware with dry skin- over exfoliating could cause dry skin
-Cleanse, tone and mosturise, every morning and evening using a product designed for your skin type.
-If acne is a problem, go to your doctor, they can prescribe creams and antibiotics etc, which really can make a difference!
-Never use soap on your face- it dries your skin out.
-Never touch your face unless you have really clean hands- it transfers bacteria to your face causing spots.

get laser treatment. will clear your skin off imperfections and spots. also eat healthy and drink lots of water

Best way is the right diet, drink plenty of water, get plenty of rest and do not drink or smoke. Also avoid too much sun.

Drink lots of water.
Don't use makeup on face (only eyes, lips & blusher)
Use pure soap & baby lotion as moisturiser.

drink loads of water and eat your fruit & veg. Cleanse daily and get lots of fresh air!
