how do i lose the weight in my thighs and belly?

You can walk. That helps. Do ab exercises. And if u do Tae Bo or something like it, hold your stomach in while doing exercises. I am going through the same thing myself because I had a baby. And eat healthy too.

eat clean, healthy meals, combine cardio with weight training. you cannot spot reduce, but it will come off in layers.
