Most copying places (Kinko's and the like) will help you out.

If you need layout assistance or typing, arrangement and importing photos, etc., and are not stone broke, you might find help at your local high school or junior college!

If you have hopes of selling your cookbook, get your complete layout and a copy or two for publicity, and take orders offering 4-6 week delivery.

At the end of a month, the checks will have cleared (or bounced) and you can happily go get a bulk printing deal that will leave you a few bucks ahead! Drop-ship from the printer (they'll tell you about this), and you don't even have to bring them home!

Go on! Give Betty Crocker a run for her money!

Best Wishes!

take it to a print shop. They will print and bind anything for a price. Are you talking about a publishing company paying you for the cookbook? That is a different matter.
