I'm the Maid of Honor in an upcoming wedding and wanted to know what there is that I can do to lose anywhere from 20 - 50 pounds within the next 3 months as quickly and safely as possible? I work in an office job where I sit for 8+ hours a day, and I'm not pregnant or breast feeding or anything like that... Just don't have much time in the day to exercise... Any fail-proof tricks of the trade, yummy diets or easy yet highly effective exercise methods anyone can suggest? Thanks!
